This is a pair of French clip earrings in an antique bronze finish and features a Czechoslovakian stamp called "Postman" from the newspaper series. The Stamp depicts a newspaper delivery boy (by A Erhardt) was the last newspaper stamp design to appear, as in 1948 Czechoslovakian Republic turned into People’s Republic, and newspaper stamps became invalid on end of the same year.
The images were taken from a real, used, vintage postage stamp and may have post office cancellation marks.
Size of earring is 18mm and they are lead and nickel free.
Earrings are water resistant but not waterproof, I recommend removing before showering, bathing or swimming.
